After submission of your Ad Request you will recieve an invoice for subscription sign up at your business email address you input on this form. Your ads will not be published until the first payment is posted and your subscription is successfully setup. You must contact us to cancel your ad subscription otherwise your account will continue to be charged for advertising rate that you have signed up for.
